What You Get When You Order from VeperPins

Ordering custom enamel pins is not just about choosing a size and placing an order. Small details like enamel type, plating, backing, artwork size, and color contrast can all affect how the finished pin looks. At VeperPins, we help you check these details before production, so your design is easier to read and better suited for the way you plan to use it.

Artwork Help Before Production

You do not need perfect artwork to get started. A logo, sketch, reference image, or written idea is enough. We can help clean up the layout and prepare a digital proof for you to review.

Practical Design Suggestions

If small text may be hard to read, if two colors are too close, or if your design may work better as soft enamel or hard enamel, we will point it out before production starts.

Clear Quote Before You Decide

Your quote is based on size, quantity, enamel style, plating, backing, packaging, and artwork details. If you have a budget in mind, we can suggest simpler options that still look finished.

Proof Approval First

Production only starts after you approve the artwork proof and order details. You can check the text, colors, size, layout, plating, and backing before anything is made.

Options for Selling or Gifting

If your order is for merch, retail, events, or gifts, we can also help with backing cards, individual bags, gift boxes, and other simple packaging options.

Epoxy Coating

Epoxy is a clear protective layer added over the surface. It gives the pin a smooth and glossy look.

Pin Backing Options

The backing affects how the pin is worn and how secure it feels.

  • Butterfly clutch and rubber clutch are common for most orders
  • Deluxe clutch or safety pin backing can feel more secure

Choosing Between Soft and Hard Enamel

Soft enamel has raised metal lines and more texture. Hard enamel has a smoother surface and a cleaner finished look. The better choice depends on your artwork, budget, and how you want the finished piece to feel.

Soft Enamel

Good for bold outlines, bright colors, event designs, artist merch, and budget-friendly orders. See how soft enamel handles detailed artwork, color, and plating.

Hard Enamel

Better for clean logos, company gifts, recognition pieces, and designs that need a smooth polished surface. Explore hard enamel design and finish options.

Quick Rule

Choose soft enamel for texture and stronger color separation. Choose hard enamel for a flatter, more refined finish.

FAQ

Custom Enamel Pins FAQ

Can I make custom enamel pins from just an idea?

Yes. You do not need a finished design to start. You can send us a logo, rough sketch, photo, reference image, or even a simple description. We can help turn your idea into a pin-ready design before production.

What details should I confirm before ordering enamel pins?

Before ordering, it helps to confirm the pin size, quantity, enamel style, plating color, backing option, and whether you need backing cards or special packaging. These details help us give a more accurate quote and avoid changes later.

Can enamel pins be made in any shape?

Yes. Custom enamel pins can be made in many shapes, not just circles or squares. Your pin can follow the outline of a logo, character, mascot, badge, text, or special symbol, as long as the design can be produced clearly in metal and enamel.

How long does it take to receive custom enamel pins?

We usually complete production in about 20 days after the final artwork is approved. Rush production is available for an additional fee and typically takes 13–16 days, depending on the design and quantity.

Do you offer special discounts for custom enamel pins?

Yes. We offer special discounts for bulk enamel pin orders. Large-volume orders may receive up to 20% off. For bulk pricing, please contact us at sales@veperpins.com.
