We only have a dozen players. Can we place a small order?
Yes, but we recommend 50+ pieces for better pricing. We can accept orders as small as 15 pieces, but since mold fees are fixed, fewer coins usually mean a higher price per coin.
Ordering a few extras is also a good idea for parents, coaches, fans, and tournament trading.
Our tournament is coming up. Will they arrive in time?
Standard production usually takes about 20 days, with shipping time added separately. If your tournament date is close, rush production generally takes 13–16 days when the design and schedule allow.
Peak seasons, such as Cooperstown or USSSA tournament periods, can get very busy. We highly recommend ordering 4–5 weeks in advance. If you are in a rush, contact us and we can check expedited service options.
We do not have a 3D blueprint, just a team logo. Is that okay?
Yes. Just send us your team logo and let us know what you want to add, such as the year, player numbers, tournament name, mascot, or team slogan.
Our team will create a free design proof within 24 hours and revise it until you approve.
How do we make our coins the hottest trade at the tournament?
For size, 2.0" to 2.5" is a great choice. These sizes feel heavier in hand and stand out more in the trading zone.
For style, soft enamel is usually the best option. It gives the coin a classic, textured 3D look while keeping the cost reasonable.
For upgrades, you can add glitter, glow-in-the-dark paint, cut-outs, or a spinner to make your team coin more fun and collectible.
What if the colors are wrong or names are misspelled?
We use Pantone color matching to help match your jerseys and team colors. We will also double-check all text with you before production.
Before bulk shipping, we can send high-resolution photos of the first finished coin. If we make a mistake or there are confirmed manufacturing defects, we will remake the coins for free or issue a refund.
