How much do custom pins cost?+
Pricing depends on quantity, size, and production type (soft enamel, hard enamel, or printed pins).

For example:
Soft enamel 1 inch: about $3.00 (100 pcs), $1.39 (500 pcs).

Larger orders get lower unit prices.
How long does production take?+
Production time is usually 7–20 days after artwork approval.

Shipping:
• Air: 3–5 days
• Sea: around 30 days

Rush orders are available.
Do you offer rush production?+
Yes. Rush production can shorten lead time by 3–5 days with an extra fee.

Please inform us if you have a deadline.
What packaging options are available?+
Standard packaging is free OPP bag.

Optional upgrades:
• Velvet pouch
• Velvet box
• Custom branded packaging
What types of enamel pins can I choose?+
We offer:
• Soft enamel pins
• Hard enamel pins
• Printed pins
• Die struck pins
What colors can be used?+
We use Pantone color matching for accurate production.

RGB/HEX colors will be converted to the closest Pantone values.
What backing options are available?+
Default is butterfly clutch.

Other options:
• Rubber clutch
• Magnet
• Safety pin
What sizes are most common?+
Sizes range from 0.75″ to 2″.

1.5″ is the most popular size for balance of detail and cost.
What materials are used?+
Standard material is zinc alloy.

Other options include iron and brass.
What is the standard pin post size?+
Standard post size:
• Length: 8mm
• Thickness: 1mm
