Custom medals typically cost between $2 and $8 depending on size, quantity, and design complexity.

How long does production take?
Standard production takes about 20 days after artwork approval, plus shipping time (3–5 days by air or around 30 days by sea).
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush production generally takes 13–16 days and may carry an additional fee depending on the order size.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no strict MOQ, but 100 pcs is recommended for better pricing.
What sizes and shapes are available?
Sizes range from 2 inch to 3 inch. Shapes can be round, custom logo shapes, cut-outs, or multi-layer designs.
What materials are available?
We offer zinc alloy (most popular), iron, and brass materials depending on budget and design needs.
Can you produce full-color or complex designs?
Yes, we support printed medals for gradients and photos, and enamel filling for premium textured designs.
What surface finishes are available?
We offer gold, silver, antique plating, soft enamel, hard enamel, brushed, and sandblasted finishes.
Can the ribbon be customized?
Yes, ribbons can be customized with colors, logos, and text printing. Standard length is 800–900 mm.
Do I need to pay mold fees again for repeat orders?
Mold fees are only charged for the first order. We store molds for 2–3 years for free reuse on repeat orders.
